How does our water subscription work?

Getting Started

There are two ways for you to get started with Waterdoctor.

  1. Subscribing online
  2. Subscribing over the phone

Subscribing online

  1. When you find a product that you’re interested in, simply choose the plan that works best for you. Your address and payment information is not collected during the sign up process. We only need your zipcode, name, and email.
  2. After you subscribe, our water specialists will reach out to you to confirm/adjust your purchase details, answer any questions, and conduct a site assessment of your property over the phone, or in-person by visit (if necessary). During this process, we’re trying to figure out how we’re going to install your filtration unit.
  3. After the site assessment and confirming all the details, we’ll schedule a day and time for installation. Note: There is a one-time installation fee that starts at $95, depending on the complexity of the job.
  4. Your billing will start the next day after the installation (we’ll send you a payment link to your email). You also have the option to choose between monthly and yearly billing (Yearly billing gives you a month free).
  5. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time if you are not satisfied. Unfortunately, the installation fee is non-refundable!

Subscribing over the phone

Some of our customers prefer to call us, and we welcome this option as well. If you have any questions that need answering before you commit, we’ll be happy to clear up any questions or concerns.

  1. When you give us a call, tell us which water products or solutions you would like installed at your home or workplace.
  2. Once we get that information, our water specialists will conduct a site assessment of your property over the phone, or in-person by visit (if necessary). During this process, we’re trying to figure out the best way to install your filtration unit.

Our promise to you

Our job is to ensure you get uninterrupted access to clean, filtered water without lifting a finger. What that means is that we will regularly come in to your home or workplace for filter change, inspection, and sanitation. Depending on your water, we will come in every 4-6 months.

The best part is if your filtration unit ever malfunctions, we’ll swiftly replace any defective part or the whole unit, for free. When we say “worry-free” we really mean it!
