Hidden, tucked away under your sink.

Puroné filtration system is tucked away under your sink or by your main water line. It was designed to be versatile. We customize the filters in your system based on your expected water usage and data about your water. And because this system doesn't require electricity, you'll have access to clean water even during power outages.

Unlimited clean drinking water.

Get access to more than 50 gallons of the cleanest water each day. More than enough pure water to wash produce, cook meals, and brew the freshest coffee and teas. If you need more water, we can always upgrade your filtration unit to meet your water demand.

Connect your espresso machine with purified water.

Your espresso machine, ice machine, and other kitchen appliances that get fed in tap water is slowly breaking your machine. You're letting in a lot of dirt, sediment, and other nasty contaminants to build up.

We can add a direct water line from our Puroné system to any of your kitchen appliances so that it lasts longer and you know you're getting the cleanest water.

Have a special request?

We love a new challenge! Talk to us about your special request. We've had customers ask if we could connect our Puroné system to their espresso machine, fish tanks, ice machine, and much more!

Can you tell me more about your "worry-free" subscription service?

Once you subscribe to our drinking water plan, you don't have to worry about filter change and product maintenance. Depending on the contents of your water, we conduct filter change and inspection every 4 to 6 months.

Sometimes, products malfunction and we understand that. As part of our subscription plan, as long as the the defect is not from misuse, Waterdoctor will take care of the broken parts or replace the whole unit for free. When you're subscribed, you really don't have to worry. Just reach out to us and we'll respond swiftly.

What does this filter remove?

Our filters use a process called Reverse Osmosis that effectively removes 99% of all contaminants commonly found in your water such as PFAS ("Forever chemical"), Lead, Arsenic, Flouride, and more!

Does it require electricity?

Nope! Puroné doesn't require electricity to operate. It uses the water pressure of your tap to filter your water. You'll always get purified water even during power outages.

Will there be any loss of water pressure when I connect a purified water line to multiple appliances?

Nope! You’ll get the same high quality water, without loss of water pressure.

Does your water have any minerals?

Yes, we can add a mineral filter to your filtration unit for an additional monthly charge of $5. Note that your water from Puroné is still perfectly safe to drink!

My kitchen countertop has no available hole for the purified water faucet.

Not a problem, one of our water technicians can drill a hole for a fee depending on the material of your countertop, as long as you get permission from your landlord.

What if I'm not allowed to drill a hole or don't want to?

If you can't or prefer not to drill a hole, we can always connect it to any of your kitchen appliances that needs clean drinking water like an espresso machine or ice machine.

Where can I find more information about my water?

For a free water report, we highly recommend you visit here to get a detailed breakdown of the water in your city. EWG is a nonprofit organization that specializes in research and advocacy in drinking water pollutants, among others.

For a more up-to-date information of your water, reach out to us and we'll provide you with a water report of your town. The data is sourced directly from the water report that your water utility is required to publish annually.
